I had very nice stay, the place is well-organized and absolutely fantastic!

The staff were amiable and caring and had a sense of humour. The location was particularly good and stunning, not very far from Sampokeskus Shopping Centre. Moreover, it was right by the center of the city, main shopping district and the centre.

Great service, I truly enjoyed healthy food.

The room with nice decor was well-equipped. I had good bed, a Nespresso coffee machine, big windows, and a kitchenette area;)))

Secondly, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was right in the city center, making it convenient for exploring and accessing nearby attractions. Lastly, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. They ensured that the rooms were cleaned and even provided extra towels when needed. this hotel offers great facilities and excellent value for money.

The complimentary breakfast in the room was thoughtful and filling. the location was prime and surrounded by great restaurants and travel agents. the beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious.

The television was difficult to use because the channels were in Chinese. Daily room cleaning was promised but not delivered in a timely manner.

The hotel was located in a great spot, with lots of restaurants and travel agencies nearby. The apartment itself was very cozy and clean, and the fridge was stocked with all sorts of tasty breakfast foods. We loved being able to sleep in and enjoy breakfast in our own space. we appreciated the warm baths and sauna, which were perfect for the chilly weather.

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay, such as running out of water bottles before the end of our stay, and having a problem with the shower. It was a bit frustrating not to have staff on hand at all times to address these issues, but they were ultimately small inconveniences that didn't detract from our overall enjoyable experience.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. With spacious rooms, state-of-the-art facilities, and attention to detail, it truly feels like a home away from home. The location in the city center is perfect for exploring all that this extraordinary destination has to offer.
